Children's Books
Hybrid Publishing $1999
We are a one-stop shop for busy writers looking to publish their children's books. Books & Things Publishing will fully edit, provide formatting, and any book designing needed, along with the ISBNs and barcodes for two formats. An additional format can be added for $250. Your book will be featured on the B&T Publishing website and promoted through our social media and newsletters. The author agrees to pay for the services evenly over six months, receiving royalties upon the first book sold. *Illustrations are not included.
Royalty rates for the author: Hardcover and paperback 80%, ebook 70%, beginning after 90 days as per Ingramspark.
Full Publishing Children's Books $3699
We can fully prepare your book and set up your files so they are print ready. We will then upload the books to KDP and/or Ingramspark, depending on the author's preference. Your book will be listed as a Books & Things Publishing title, will feature our logo, and be included in our catalog. The author retains 100% of the royalties. *Illustrations are not included.
Ghostwriting
If you have a general idea for a story but need assistance fleshing out the text, we can help with your middle grade books or other genres. Pricing can be arranged hourly or on a complete project basis.
Illustrations starting at $5000
We have contracted illustrators who can bring your children’s books to life, with services starting at $5000 and going up to $8,000 depending on the style and number of illustrations needed. If you're looking for a comic book style for middle grade, costs may rise to $10,000.

Pro Launch $899
Books & Things Publishing will provide graphics for social media, email templates for launch team members, assist in building email lists, and supply custom cards for the launch team and online purchases.
Elite Launch $2500
Books & Things Publishing will fully manage your book launch. We will build a team, create custom bookish items, package, and mail free books to team members. Additionally, we will create a 15-30 second book trailer for you to share on social media.
